My artwork is an observation on how we are all consumed by the world of technology and thus increasingly are detaching ourselves from our physical surroundings and interactions. The work looks at how most people are married to their electronic devices - iPhones, iPods etc. – and how this online connectivity can ironically cause a ‘disconnect’ from everything else.
